Our primary focus. Direct sourcing relationships with cacao-producing communities, documented from farm to export. Emphasis on fine-flavor varieties and traceable provenance.

Secondary focus, leveraging infrastructure and relationships built through cacao operations. Same transparency standards, adapted for coffee-specific requirements.

This roadmap communicates sequencing and discipline, not promises. Dates represent targets, not guarantees. Status reflects reality as of the last update.
We do not announce phases before they begin. "Planned" means we intend to do this work, not that we have committed resources. "Locked" means the phase is intentionally inaccessible until prerequisites are met.
Completed phases remain documented. We do not remove history.

Initial Origin Partnership
Establish first direct partnership with a cacao-producing community. Document full supply chain from farm to export.
Quality Verification System
Implement end-to-end quality testing and documentation system. Ensure traceability from harvest to delivery.
Validation Phase
First Commercial Shipment
Complete first full commercial transaction with documented supply chain from origin to buyer.
